Annual General Assembly

The Annual General Assembly (AGA) sets policy for CAP through resolutions passed by attending delegates. Delegates to the AGA include the national executive and delegates from each affiliate organization. During each assembly, CAP presents its audited financial statements and reports on programs and operations. During elections, delegates vote by secret ballot for a National Chief and a Vice-Chief for a four-year term, a National Youth Representative for a two-year term, and members of the Board of Directors for a one-year term.
