Amendment to Include Elder on BOD
Whereas the CAP board of directors is comprised of PTO Chiefs/Presidents and one voting National Youth Representative;
And Whereas, the wisdom and guidance of our elders are vital to the success of our organization;
And Whereas elders are an essential voice in preserving our culture;
Be it resolved that, the necessary amendment to the Constitution/Bylaws be brought forward next year to provide for the inclusion of an Elder on the CAP Board of Directors.
