CAP Strategic Plan For New Affiliates
That the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples develop and enhance a strategic three to five year plan concerning new affiliates in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and the establishments of Affiliates in Alberta and other regional areas of Canada.
