Amendment to Submission of Application Timeline
Whereas, the Constitution and Bylaws of CAP reads as follows; How to Become a Constituent Member Organization of the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples- CAP Ottawa. To become a constituent member organization of the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples of Ottawa, a Provincial or Territorial Organization must submit an application to the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples of Ottawa at least 120 days prior to the Annual General Assembly of the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples of Ottawa at which it is desired by the applicant that the application be considered, in such form as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors.
Whereas, it be changed to 30 days for the requirement for new affiliates.
