Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Aboriginal Veterans Association (NAVA)
Whereas the National Aboriginal Veterans Association (NAVA) is vital to ensuring that the contributions of our Aboriginal veterans is never forgotten;
And whereas the NAVA has expressed concerns regarding their operational funding;
Therefore, be it resolved that CAP establish a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with NAVA that would allow for CAP to assist NAVA in securing additional funding on an annual basis which is to be received in a timely manner each fiscal year.
